Kebijakan Privasi

1. Tentang Kebijakan Ini

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana informasi diperlakukan ketika Anda menggunakan Stellar PDF di pdf.stellardigitalinnovations.com ("Layanan"). Layanan dioperasikan oleh PT Stellar Digital Innovations ("Stellar", "kami"), yang berkedudukan di Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

Dengan menggunakan Layanan, Anda menyatakan telah membaca dan memahami Kebijakan Privasi ini. Jika Anda tidak menyetujuinya, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan Layanan.

2. Perangkat Lunak yang Digunakan dan Peran Stellar

Layanan ini menjalankan BentoPDF, perangkat lunak sumber terbuka yang dikembangkan dan dipelihara oleh pengembang BentoPDF, pihak ketiga yang independen dan tidak terafiliasi dengan Stellar. BentoPDF didistribusikan di bawah lisensi GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), dan kode sumbernya tersedia untuk umum di github.com/alam00000/bentopdf.

Peran Stellar terbatas pada:

• menyediakan infrastruktur hosting dan pengiriman berkas aplikasi kepada browser Anda;
• menyesuaikan tampilan, yaitu nama, logo, warna, tema, dan teks informasi.

Stellar tidak mengubah, menambah, atau menghapus logika pemrosesan dokumen dari BentoPDF. Oleh karena itu, praktik privasi dalam Kebijakan ini mengacu pada Kebijakan Privasi BentoPDF dan disesuaikan dengan cara Stellar mengoperasikan Layanan. Apabila terdapat perbedaan, ketentuan dalam Kebijakan ini yang berlaku untuk Layanan kami.

3. Prinsip Pemrosesan di Perangkat Anda (Client-Side)

Pengembang BentoPDF menyatakan bahwa seluruh pemrosesan PDF berlangsung di browser pengguna. Sebelum menerbitkan Kebijakan ini, kami telah memeriksa kode aplikasi versi 2.8.7 yang kami jalankan, dan hasil pemeriksaan kami sesuai dengan pernyataan tersebut:

• Dokumen yang Anda pilih dibaca dan diolah oleh JavaScript dan WebAssembly yang berjalan di browser Anda. Hasilnya dibuat di perangkat Anda dan diunduh langsung dari memori browser.
• Server kami hanya mengirimkan berkas aplikasi statis (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, gambar) dan tidak memiliki fungsi untuk menerima unggahan dokumen.
• Kami tidak dapat melihat, menyimpan, menyalin, atau membagikan isi dokumen Anda.

Beberapa fitur memerlukan koneksi ke pihak ketiga. Isi dokumen Anda tidak ikut dikirim dalam koneksi tersebut:

• Modul pemrosesan dan data pendukung. Beberapa alat (misalnya PyMuPDF, Ghostscript, OCR) mengunduh modul program, data bahasa OCR, atau font dari jaringan distribusi konten (CDN) pihak ketiga seperti jsDelivr dan GitHack. Ini adalah unduhan satu arah ke browser Anda.
• Stempel waktu (timestamp) RFC 3161. Jika Anda secara sadar memilih fitur stempel waktu pada alat Tanda Tangan Digital atau Timestamp PDF, browser Anda mengirimkan nilai hash kriptografis (sidik jari digital, bukan dokumen) ke Otoritas Stempel Waktu (TSA) yang Anda pilih.
• Validasi sertifikat. Saat memvalidasi tanda tangan digital, browser Anda dapat menghubungi alamat penerbit sertifikat yang tercantum di dalam sertifikat tersebut untuk memeriksa status sertifikat.

4. Informasi yang Tidak Kami Kumpulkan

• Isi, nama berkas, maupun metadata dokumen yang Anda proses.
• Data pribadi apa pun yang terdapat di dalam dokumen Anda.
• Data akun. Layanan dapat digunakan tanpa pendaftaran atau login.
• Data analitik, profil perilaku, atau data untuk iklan. Kami tidak memasang alat analitik atau pelacak pada Layanan.

5. Informasi Teknis yang Diproses

Seperti situs web pada umumnya, sejumlah kecil informasi teknis diproses agar Layanan dapat berjalan dan tetap aman:

• Cloudflare. Layanan diakses melalui jaringan Cloudflare untuk keamanan (misalnya perlindungan DDoS) dan pengiriman konten. Dalam proses ini Cloudflare memproses alamat IP, jenis browser, dan informasi permintaan sesuai Kebijakan Privasi Cloudflare. Cloudflare juga dapat menetapkan cookie keamanan yang bersifat esensial.
• Log server. Server kami mencatat log akses teknis berupa waktu akses, alamat halaman atau berkas yang diminta, kode status, perujuk (referrer), dan jenis browser. Karena koneksi diteruskan melalui terowongan Cloudflare, log kami tidak mencatat alamat IP asli pengunjung. Log digunakan hanya untuk operasional dan keamanan, serta dihapus otomatis secara bergulir.

Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau membagikan informasi tersebut kepada pihak lain untuk tujuan pemasaran.

6. Penyimpanan Lokal dan Cookie

Layanan menggunakan penyimpanan lokal browser (localStorage dan IndexedDB) untuk menyimpan preferensi Anda, seperti tema terang/gelap, bahasa, pintasan keyboard, pengaturan tampilan, pengaturan modul lanjutan, dan cache font. Data ini tetap berada di perangkat Anda, tidak dikirim ke server kami, dan dapat dihapus kapan saja melalui pengaturan browser Anda.

Kami tidak menggunakan cookie untuk pelacakan atau iklan.

7. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

Pihak ketiga berikut dapat menerima informasi teknis standar (seperti alamat IP dan jenis browser) ketika browser Anda terhubung dengan mereka. Masing-masing tunduk pada kebijakan privasinya sendiri:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (keamanan dan jaringan pengiriman): kebijakan privasi.
• jsDelivr (CDN modul pemrosesan): kebijakan privasi.
• GitHack (CDN font untuk sebagian bahasa OCR): raw.githack.com.
• Otoritas Stempel Waktu (TSA) yang Anda pilih sendiri, hanya bila fitur stempel waktu digunakan.

Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas praktik privasi pihak ketiga tersebut.

8. Keamanan

Layanan hanya dapat diakses melalui koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS). Karena dokumen tidak dikirim ke server kami, risiko kebocoran dokumen dari server kami dapat dihindari. Keamanan dokumen Anda selama diproses bergantung pada keamanan perangkat dan browser yang Anda gunakan. Kami menyarankan agar Anda selalu memakai browser versi terbaru dan menutup tab setelah selesai memproses dokumen yang bersifat sensitif.

9. Penafian dan Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Layanan disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" (as is) dan "sebagaimana tersedia" (as available), tanpa jaminan apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk jaminan kelayakan untuk diperdagangkan, kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu, keakuratan hasil, atau ketiadaan gangguan. Hal ini sejalan dengan ketentuan penafian jaminan (Pasal 15) dan batasan tanggung jawab (Pasal 16) dalam lisensi AGPL-3.0 yang menaungi BentoPDF.

Karena Stellar tidak mengembangkan dan tidak mengubah fungsi pemrosesan BentoPDF, sejauh diizinkan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, Stellar tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung maupun tidak langsung yang timbul dari:

• cacat, kesalahan, kerentanan keamanan, atau perilaku perangkat lunak BentoPDF maupun pustaka pihak ketiga yang digunakannya;
• ketidaksesuaian antara pernyataan pengembang BentoPDF dengan perilaku aktual perangkat lunaknya;
• ketersediaan, keamanan, atau praktik layanan pihak ketiga sebagaimana disebutkan pada bagian 7;
• kehilangan, kerusakan, atau perubahan data maupun dokumen, serta hasil pemrosesan yang tidak sesuai harapan.

Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyimpan salinan asli dokumen dan memeriksa hasil pemrosesan sebelum menggunakannya. Apabila kami mengetahui adanya perilaku perangkat lunak yang bertentangan dengan Kebijakan ini, kami akan segera mengambil langkah yang wajar, termasuk menonaktifkan fitur terkait atau menghentikan sementara Layanan.

Tidak ada ketentuan dalam bagian ini yang membatasi tanggung jawab yang menurut hukum tidak dapat dibatasi.

10. Hak Anda

Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda berhak memperoleh informasi, mengakses, memperbaiki, dan meminta penghapusan data pribadi Anda yang kami kelola. Karena kami hampir tidak menyimpan data pribadi (lihat bagian 4 dan 5), sebagian besar permintaan dapat dipenuhi dengan menghapus penyimpanan lokal di browser Anda. 11. Anak-Anak

Layanan tidak ditujukan bagi anak-anak, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi anak. Penggunaan oleh anak sebaiknya dilakukan di bawah pengawasan orang tua atau wali.

12. Perubahan Kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan ini dari waktu ke waktu, misalnya ketika versi perangkat lunak atau cara kami mengoperasikan Layanan berubah. Perubahan berlaku sejak dipublikasikan di halaman ini dengan tanggal pembaruan yang baru. Kami menyarankan Anda meninjau halaman ini secara berkala.

13. Hukum yang Berlaku

Kebijakan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia. Apabila terdapat perbedaan antara versi Bahasa Indonesia dan versi Bahasa Inggris, versi Bahasa Indonesia yang berlaku.

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Stellar PDF at pdf.stellardigitalinnovations.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by PT Stellar Digital Innovations ("Stellar", "we", "us"), located in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, Indonesia.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

2. Underlying Software and Stellar's Role

The Service runs BentoPDF, open-source software developed and maintained by the BentoPDF developers, an independent third party that is not affiliated with Stellar. BentoPDF is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), and its source code is publicly available at github.com/alam00000/bentopdf.

Stellar's role is limited to:

• providing the hosting infrastructure that delivers the application files to your browser;
• customizing the presentation, namely the name, logo, colors, theme, and informational text.

Stellar does not change, add to, or remove BentoPDF's document-processing logic. The privacy practices in this Policy are therefore based on the BentoPDF Privacy Policy, adapted to the way Stellar operates the Service. Where the two differ, this Policy governs our Service.

3. Client-Side Processing

The BentoPDF developers state that all PDF processing happens in the user's browser. Before publishing this Policy, we reviewed the application code (version 2.8.7) that we run, and our review is consistent with that statement:

• The documents you select are read and processed by JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your browser. Results are created on your device and downloaded directly from browser memory.
• Our server only delivers static application files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images) and has no function to receive document uploads.
• We cannot view, store, copy, or share the content of your documents.

Some features need to connect to third parties. The content of your documents is not sent in those connections:

• Processing modules and supporting data. Some tools (for example PyMuPDF, Ghostscript, OCR) download program modules, OCR language data, or fonts from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs) such as jsDelivr and GitHack. These are one-way downloads to your browser.
• RFC 3161 timestamps. If you deliberately choose the timestamp option in the Digital Signature or Timestamp PDF tools, your browser sends a cryptographic hash value (a digital fingerprint, not the document) to the Time Stamp Authority (TSA) you selected.
• Certificate validation. When validating a digital signature, your browser may contact the issuer addresses listed inside the certificate to check its status.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

• The content, file names, or metadata of the documents you process.
• Any personal data contained in your documents.
• Account data. The Service can be used without registration or login.
• Analytics, behavioral profiles, or advertising data. We do not install analytics or tracking tools on the Service.

5. Technical Information That Is Processed

Like most websites, a small amount of technical information is processed to keep the Service running and secure:

• Cloudflare. The Service is accessed through Cloudflare's network for security (such as DDoS protection) and content delivery. In doing so, Cloudflare processes IP addresses, browser type, and request information in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Cloudflare may also set essential security cookies.
• Server logs. Our server keeps technical access logs containing the access time, the page or file requested, the status code, the referrer, and the browser type. Because connections are relayed through a Cloudflare tunnel, our logs do not record visitors' real IP addresses. Logs are used only for operations and security, and are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with others for marketing purposes.

6. Local Storage and Cookies

The Service uses your browser's local storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) to remember your preferences, such as light/dark theme, language, keyboard shortcuts, display settings, advanced module settings, and a font cache. This data stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

7. Third-Party Services

The following third parties may receive standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) when your browser connects to them. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (security and delivery network): privacy policy.
• jsDelivr (CDN for processing modules): privacy policy.
• GitHack (font CDN for some OCR languages): raw.githack.com.
• The Time Stamp Authority (TSA) you choose, only when the timestamp feature is used.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

8. Security

The Service is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Because documents are not sent to our servers, the risk of documents leaking from our servers is avoided. The security of your documents while they are processed depends on the security of your device and browser. We recommend always using an up-to-date browser and closing the tab after processing sensitive documents.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. This is consistent with the Disclaimer of Warranty (Section 15) and Limitation of Liability (Section 16) of the AGPL-3.0 license under which BentoPDF is distributed.

Because Stellar does not develop or modify BentoPDF's processing functionality, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Stellar is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from:

• defects, errors, security vulnerabilities, or behavior of the BentoPDF software or the third-party libraries it uses;
• any discrepancy between the BentoPDF developers' statements and the actual behavior of their software;
• the availability, security, or practices of the third-party services listed in section 7;
• loss, corruption, or alteration of data or documents, or processing results that do not meet expectations.

You are responsible for keeping original copies of your documents and for checking processing results before relying on them. If we become aware of software behavior that conflicts with this Policy, we will promptly take reasonable steps, including disabling the affected feature or temporarily suspending the Service.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to obtain information about, access, correct, and request deletion of personal data we manage about you. Because we hold almost no personal data (see sections 4 and 5), most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your browser's local storage. For any other request, please contact us using the details below.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Children should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when the software version or the way we operate the Service changes. Changes take effect when they are published on this page with a new update date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is any inconsistency between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version prevails.
